1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, The Classica Viva Music Academy owns copyright for the content presented in the webinar. Some of the copyright for the content on this website may be owned by individual presenters and is included on our website under agreement. Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.

A copy of the webinar presentation will be available before the webinar event after registration and is for personal/non-commercial use only. The content must not be modified or republished in any way without the prior consent of the presenter.

If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorized use of the material may lead to legal action.

2. Learning Outcomes

The Classica Viva Music Academy is not liable for the detailed content of any webinars, quality of presentation or if learning outcomes did not entirely meet expectations. We let our speakers freely express their ideas and share their methods that not necessarily correspond to the general public's opinion. The Classica Viva Music Academy uses the most advanced technical platforms and designs the webinars in order to make them the most efficient and useful for the audience.

3. Links from the webinar

Webinars may contain links to other websites over which The Classica Viva Music Academy has no control. The Classica Viva Music Academy makes no representations about the accuracy of information contained on those websites. We are not liable for the content on those websites.

4. Registrations

By registering for a webinar series, consent is given for application details to be provided to the educational platform to set up the webinar and generate personal links for access.

5. Cancellation

Registration for a webinar event may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for any reason, the presentation is required to be cancelled by The Classica Viva Music Academy, a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.

6. Webinars are recorded

The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows video, audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact The Classica Viva Music Academy to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the web-event date.

Web-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use, or require you to download the software for your operating system. After registration we will send you all necessary links. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.

7. Webinar materials

The webinar presenter may provide reference materials for your use during or after the webinar. These may include (but are not limited to) the following:

a workbook
a copy of the webinar slides
sample documents, templates or other material for use during the webinar

All webinar-related materials remain copyright of the The Classica Viva Music Academy. They must not be distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from The Classica Viva Music Academy.

8. Subscription fee

There is a free evaluating period of 30 days. After 30 days the paid subscription starts automatically. The subscription fee is 17 Euro per month. The minimal subscription period after the paid subscription has started is 3 months.

9. Cancelation of your subscription

If you wish to sign out, please write us an email to coffeewiththewinners@classicavivaacademy.com . We unsubscribe you within 48 hours and send you the confirmation.
